My Journey & Wellness Philosophy

I used to be exactly where you are. Overwhelmed by conflicting health information, tired all the time, and constantly beating myself up for not having enough "willpower."

As a corporate manager and a father of three kids, I know that time is your scarcest resource. I tried the rigid plans and the "all-or-nothing" approaches, but they always clashed with the reality of deadlines and family life.

Over the years, I have built and refined my own robust health ecosystem, ranging from Intermittent Fasting and optimized nutrition to specific exercise routines and stress management techniques. I am not following some trendy influencer protocol. My system is my own—tested in the real world, not just in a lab. I am eager to share these hard-earned experiences to shorten your learning curve.

However, while I am the expert on my own biology, YOU are the expert on you. You know your body, your preferences, and your constraints better than anyone. My job isn't to force my routine onto you, but to use my experience and coaching expertise to help you build your own. My journey taught me the most important lesson of all: there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. Health must be deeply personalized to your biology and your reality.

How I Work

My coaching philosophy is simple: Kindness, not pressure. Coaching is a partnership where we work together to build habits that fit your actual life, not a fantasy version of it. No guilt trips, no impossible standards. Just real, sustainable change built one small step at a time.

You probably already know that you should sleep 8 hours, eat nutrient-dense food, and manage stress. I’m here to help you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
